Things I Like
(In no specific order)
1. I like Vince Vaughn. He's got a great sense of humor and timing. I can never tell if he's really that laid back or high or a bit into his cups. Doesn't matter. Seems like a class act.
2. I really like Firefox. I like to tinker with computers and Web stuff but I don't know much HTML (almost none) and I tend to learn by breaking and cobbling back together. That said, Firefox is simply a Web browser (like Internet Explorer) but with really cool and intuitive features. Better still - it starts out simple (back, forward, stop, refresh and home buttons and bookmarks) and allows you to add as much more as you want.
3. One of the coolest add-ons I've recently found is called Foxmarks. If you work on more than one computer (home/work), you can synchronize the bookmarks from both machines over the internet. I've gotten a little more organized with my bookmarks (also very easy with Firefox) so they don't form a huge, unwieldy list anymore. And now, if I bookmark something at work, I don't have to wait until tomorrow to look it up again - it's already synchronized.
4. If the previous entry seems too complicated, there's also del.icio.us for keeping bookmarks somewhere other than on your local machine. Plus, it works with any browser. Even better, you can see other peoples' links. Here are mine.
Good stuff.
